How it works
The Information and Advice Service is funded by NHS England, which means we can offer it completely free to you (aside from the cost of the local rate phone call).
We pride ourselves on being totally independent. We will give you straight answers based on our extensive experience and knowledge of NHS Continuing Healthcare.
Beacon also provides casework, which you can pay for, but this is completely separate from the free Information and Advice Service. We will not try to sell you anything when you call.
